8. Do you offer international shipping?

For individual orders, we do not offer international shipping. For bulk orders, kindly email us at info@alkhairnatural.com or WhatsApp us at +92 301 1164815.


9. What is your return or exchange policy?

Our return policy is simple. We gladly accept returns and will refund or exchange the amount, no questions asked.

  • If you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please raise a query on WhatsApp: 0323-3377073 with relevant details and your order number within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customers need to return merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to the following address:
    AL Khair, Plot #117, Sector 15, KIA, Korangi, Karachi.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.

10. What is your shipping policy?

  • We offer free delivery nationwide for all orders above Rs. 2500.
  • For orders below Rs. 2500, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 125 will apply.
